The Hong Kong Silk Company guarantees that you will be satisfied with our products or return the garment
for a full refund* or exchange*

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

Unopened products returned within 30 days are entitled to a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and
handling charges.

Products returned within 30 days that have been removed from their individual packaging may be subject to a
10% restocking charge. Returns will be credited for the garment price less shipping and handling charges.
Exchanges are not subject to a 10% restocking charge.

*Specially marked closeout items cannot be returned or exchanged.
These items are typically 50% off and are marked by (Close Out: All Sales Are Final)
Allow us to assist you prior to purchase if have any questions regarding product sizes, color, etc.

*Health regulations prohibit the return of opened undergarment including: panties, briefs, boxers, and thongs. If
you have any question regarding size prior to purchase please allow our customer service reps to assist you.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

In stock products are shipped within 24 hours. The Hong Kong Silk Company prefers to ship by U.S. Priority
Mail. Most parcels bound for U.S. Addresses arrive within 2-5 working days. We also offer FedEx and UPS overnight, second, and third business day shipping options. If you have time critical delivery requirements, please allow us to assist you.

Fedex Weekend Service: Please note that Friday shipped orders intended for U.S. Saturday delivery will require Fedex Priority Overnight™ service along with a $13.50 Saturday delivery surcharge. Saturday deliver services are subject to regional availability. Please contact us to determine if Saturday service is available for your zip code, we can also suggest the most cost effective shipping method for your date critical deliveries.

Non U.S. Orders: Orders bound for overseas will receive competitive air shipping rates specific to one's county. The Hong Kong Silk Company prefers to ship by EMS, Global Priority Mail, and Fedex International Priority™ service. We will be glad to provide you with an accurate quotation for air shipment to one's country.

Will I receive shipping notification by email?

Yes. In the shipping notification, a tracking url is also provided for your convenience.

Can I track my package by internet?

Yes. Currently orders sent by U.S. Priority Mail offer delivery confirmation only.
FedEx and UPS provide advanced tracking.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept American Express, Discover Card, Master Card, and Visa Credit Cards. Unfortunately we are not able to process ATM/Debit and Switch (UK) Cards. We also gladly accept COD, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Please allow 5 business days for personal checks to clear.

SALES TAX

Pennsylvania State residents are required to pay 6.00% sales tax on non-clothing items
such as soaps and silk care accessories. Therefore, all clothing is exempt from Pennsylvania State Sales tax.

Do I need to pay sales tax on the purchase of gift certificates?

No. When the recipient of the gift certificate makes a purchase, Pennsylvania State sales tax will only be applied to
Pennsylvania bound addresses for non-clothing items such as soaps and silk care accessories.

No, the Hong Kong Silk Company does not solicit its customers. We do offer a complimentary newsletter to inform customers of current sales and store promotions. Will I receive junk advertisements or catalogs in the mail?

No. The Hong Kong Silk Company will not sell, rent or trade your personal
information to third parties.

How does HK Silk protect my personal data?

All web based transactions use SSL RC4 cipher, 128-bit key encryption. Your account information is then stored
in our secured accounting facility. This information comprises of your: name, address, email address, billing
information, and purchases.

Do you keep record of our credit card information in your database?

No, our system does not store your credit card information once the order has completed. Returning customers
are required to re-enter their credit card information.

What data is collected when I view your site?

We use a unique session ID which allows our commerce server to remember who you are during your viewing
experience. This unique identifier is used only once per session and does disclose any personal information about
you.

Cookies are used on our site similar to session ID. An entry is made to your web browser's cookie file when the
customer adds a product to the shopping cart and when the customer proceeds to the secure check out process.
